From the inception of the GSA Multiple Award Schedule process, Mercury's team offers tools to most effectively prepare a proper GSA MAS Contract submission and to negotiate a GSA MAS Contract Award that is best for achieving success in the Federal Government marketplace.


Thea Di Filippo - Chief Executive Officer
Thea Di Filippo is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Mercury Consulting and works closely with GSA on behalf of Mercury clients. As the firm's expert, she has successfully negotiated GSA MAS Contracts representing millions of dollars in GSA contractor sales for Mercury Consulting clients. Thea brings over 30 years of Federal contracting experience to Mercury Consulting, including extensive knowledge of GSA and many major contracting vehicles, The Federal Acquisition Regulations and Federal procurement policy. BS George Mason University Graduate - Georgetown University Law Center.

Kevin Custer – President and Chief Operating Officer
Kevin has more than 30 years of experience in sales and business development for both Federal and commercial marketplaces and has been employed by Mercury Consulting since 2001. Kevin has a great understanding of GSA MAS Contract process, which helps Mercury clients obtain and maintain their MAS contracts. This includes strategy planning, preparing for negotiations, marketing strategies and Joint Ventures. Kevin is a graduate of West Virginia University.
